Wound Care Nursing Support

Hyperbarics

Position Summary

The Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) serves as both the clinical provider and on-site leader for R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics. This position is responsible for delivering advanced wound care, supervising Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and overseeing the daily operations and clinical performance of the site’s multidisciplinary team, including clinical staff, front office personnel, and hyperbaric technicians.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing and executing an ambitious customer retention, development, and sales acquisition strategy for R3. The BDM role includes planning, reporting, goal setting and management, and sales process optimization. The BDM manages a defined territory in support of driving utilization to the R3 clinics. Under the leadership of the President, the BDM will be accountable for carrying out companywide strategy toward achievement of R3’s sales and operational goals. Key Leadership Responsibilities

Executive Collaboration & Regional Growth

• Work closely with the CMO, COO, CFO, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to optimize financial metrics,       clinical workflows, and operational efficiency across DFW locations.

Payer Relations & Revenue Integrity

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Medicare local coverage determinations (LCDs for Texas/Novitas), commercial payer guidelines, and wound care reimbursement landscapes
• Actively manage peer-to-peer appeals, engage directly with insurance medical directors, and resolve claim denials to secure coverage for medically necessary interventions
• Drive clinical documentation integrity across the provider team to support compliant billing and reduce audit risk.

Metroplex Coverage & Multi-Site Leadership

• Provide float coverage for Clinical Directors and regional providers during absences, ensuring seamless continuity of care across DFW clinics.
• Travel between DFW clinic sites (10%–20%) for clinical coverage, staff training, marketing outreach, and operational auditing.

Specialty Certification
